Customer Service
RC Lichy & Associates, Inc. was established and has incorporated the four principals known as the Lincoln Electric Principles of Management. They are as follows:
- All we have is a gift from God and we shall acknowledge that by operating to the guidelines found in scripture, particularly the Sermon on the Mount.
- We owe any success that we may have to our relationship with our clients and we will acknowledge that by providing our clients with better and better services and lower fees.
- We can only provide our clients with quality services if our employees feel that they are appreciated and treated fairly and we acknowledge that by sharing our fees with each employee in proportion to their effort and contribution to the success in meeting the client's needs.
- Our country and our community have provided us with great opportunities for success and we acknowledge that by constantly looking for opportunities to "give back".
These four principles have been part of our company's by-laws since our founding in 1976 and remain a vital part of our mission today. While Customer Relations is spelled out in only one of the principles, it cannot be considered except in context with the other three. We have organized our firm in such a way as to provide the very best service to our clients. It is our goal in every project to exceed our client's expectations, in the quality of our services, the dedication of our employees, and the attention to our client's needs given by our Principals. We limit our operations to serving only one or two major projects at any time. This allows us to provide each project the employees with the best skill sets specific to the project, while allowing maximum time and attention to be paid to the project by the Principals of the firm. Our size and organization allow the entire project team to meet, either in person or electronically on a daily basis. It, also, enables us to provide our clients with maximum exposure and input into the daily operations of the project. Our first order of business when beginning a project is to ask the client the degree of involvement they desire. This can range for receiving weekly reports to participating in the daily project meetings. The objective is always a balance between keeping the client informed and minimizing his time
